Hey!

My name is Pernille and I am a Danish potterhead engaged to an Englishman. I have a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy and because of that most people think that I spend my day super-buff in workout gear massaging people all day. That could not be farther from the truth. I specialise in medical patients (mainly cardiology) and walk around in hospital gear, helping people get better and more mobile so that they can continue getting better when they are sent home.

THE BLOG

This is very much a personal blog and I mostly write opinion pieces, about culture and language, psychology, mental health, music, blogging, and all things magical. I know, it’s a lot of very different topics, but what they all have in common is that they all originate from a place of eternal pondering and open curiosity. In a way I am a bit like Katherine Brooke from Anne of Green Gables who says: “I want to know, not just believe, that the world is round.” I’m going to shoot myself a bit in the foot here by saying that I know my blog isn’t for everyone, but if you are a person who likes to learn, discuss and ponder then you’ve definitely come to the right place.

I’m officially uploading every other Friday, and unofficially whenever I feel like it in between.
